Indian Creek Amphitheater
Step into a fairytale setting at the Indian Creek Amphitheater, where you might see a pixie under the majestic canopy of the redwood forest. The epic outdoor theater offers a breathtaking rustic backdrop day or night for weddings, events, or movie screenings. Let the stage be set for unforgettable moments as you exchange vows or host a gathering like no other. The wine bottle staircase is perfectly lined up with the altar spot to showcase your love’s arrival and the crooked French Bench is a sassy little lovin’ up spot. The private creek access is magical with crawdads, frogs, fishes, wild grapes, and native plants. At the Indian Creek Amphitheater, every moment feels like a scene from a grand production set in an enchanted State Park-like setting, leaving your guests in awe of the natural beauty and the magic of your special day.
The Knotty Backside
Right in the Knotty Oak’s backyard lays its formal & wild garden where you can host your wedding or event nestled around the rustic homes in close proximity to all the comforts of our main facilities. Like all the spaces this area can be setup with any kind of seating and tables you like, in any configuration. We built a bunch of redwood slab tables and have 4 20’ long Cypress tables milled onsite. It’s a great wedding area and also good for rehearsal dinners and outdoor meetings.
Just beside the Knotty Oak’s Backside area lies the Lookout - a large and beautiful redwood deck surrounded by whimsical woodlands and an adjacent bar ready for festivities and merriment.

The Knotty Nook
Such a magical creek kissing site: The Knotty Nook. Along the bank of Indian Creek, the slab tables and benches create a rustic vibe for gatherings. It is so gorgeous down there with the dappled light and the soft soundtrack of the moving water over the stones. Sometimes there are wild grapes growing! Cocktail hour, BBQ, swimming, hiking…and just chilling in the cool woods.
The Redwood Hidey Hole
Escape the ordinary and surrender to the allure of The Redwood Hidey Hole, a whimsical elevated nook where elopements and weddings become timeless tales. Amidst the majestic redwood grove, lovebirds can exchange vows in the embrace of nature's grandeur. It’s also the perfect spot for a corporate retreat breakout area with the trees whistling their song. Like all the sites, we can setup seating types and layouts and backdrops in any way you like.
Picture this: a huge dreamy meadow adorned with wine barrel redwood bars, and glamping tents readily available to accommodate groups large and small. As sun kissed afternoons or moonlit nights weave their magic, you'll find yourself nestled among the shadows of iconic trees.
